SDMS d.o.o. at the TVZ Career Day 2025

SDMS d.o.o. participated in the TVZ Career Day 2025, a traditional event organized by the Technical Polytechnic of Zagreb that connects students of technical fields with employers from various industries.

This was SDMS’s first participation at the TVZ Career Day, and the experience exceeded our expectations. At our exhibition stand, students had the opportunity to learn about the company’s work and long-standing expertise in the construction sector. We presented ongoing and completed projects, the way we organize our teams, as well as opportunities for internships and employment of young engineers.

We dedicated special attention to students’ questions regarding professional development opportunities within the company. Through conversations with our representatives, they were able to gain insights into the challenges and opportunities of working on large construction sites, as well as the importance of professional training and teamwork in practice.

For us, participating at the TVZ Career Day was a valuable experience, as we believe that investing in young professionals means investing in the future of the entire industry. We are confident that we will return to future TVZ Career Days and continue to strengthen our cooperation with the academic community.
